Solution

Step 1 : Boot from Safe Mode (by pressing F8)

Step 2: Go to Run (Windows key  + R )

Step 3: Type regedit.exe

Step 4: Expand the below path

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList

Under Profile List

Two Profile name added. One is without extension “profile name” and another one is with  extension “Profile name.bak”.

Step 5: Rename the Profiles like “Profile name.bak into Profile name.bak1” and “Profile name into Profile name.bak”

Step 6: After Rename Change the Value in Profile name.bak

• RefCount “0”
• State “0”

Restart the System.  Problem Solved
